We offer standard shipping within the United States:

International Shipping

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BTFD Merch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or carrier. If you still need assistance, contact our support team at support@btfdmerch.com.

Shipping Address Errors
