How to Track My Order

At BTFD Merch, we want to make sure you can easily track the progress of your order from the moment it’s shipped until it arrives at your doorstep. Here’s a simple guide on how to track your order:

1. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of your purchase. This email confirms that we’ve received your order and it’s being processed.

2. Shipping Confirmation

After your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with your shipping confirmation. This email will include a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

3. Tracking Your Order

To track your order:

  • Click the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, and it will take you directly to the tracking page of the shipping carrier.
  • Alternatively, you can visit the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL) and manually enter your tracking number to see the latest updates on your shipment.

4. Tracking Information Delays

Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number. This is standard as the carrier needs time to process and scan the package.

5. Haven’t Received Your Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, or if the tracking link doesn’t seem to work, please reach out to our support team at support@btfdmerch.com. We will be happy to assist you with any tracking issues.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at support@btfdmerch.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
